A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu at California Culinary Academy, Paul has worked at some of the Bay Area’s finest restaurants, from Chef, Wine Director, Sommelier, Restaurant Manager and several top wineries throughout Northern California. A Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommelier's and his wealth of experience spanning both the culinary and wine fields makes him the perfect professional for our food and wine pairings and overall guest experience.
