A dessert wine made from estate grown Cabernet Sauvignon, the SweetHart is only produced in the most ideal years. A small block of Cabernet Sauvignon is left hanging on the vines just long enough to increase sugars and harvested just before noble rot (botrytis) sets in. Immediately upon picking, the fruit is pressed then aged in a single, heavy toasted (HTT) barrel for up to 48 months.
With an average of 25 cases made in the years it is produced, this dessert wine is highly sought after and is the perfect accompaniment to your sinful pleasures. The wine can be enjoyed upon release, but will enhance its depth and character for years to come.
